Developer F.C. Fewer than a thousand residents live here, which keeps turnover low and demand high.
With homes routinely trading above $2 million and an average sale price near $3,050,000, Britannia ranks among Calgary's priciest neighbourhoods and its tightest infill markets — a place where lots, not just houses, are the scarce asset.
The Elbow River defines Britannia's western edge, and the paved Elbow River Pathway links the community directly to Sandy Beach and River Park — a favourite for wading, picnics, and cycling. The shared River Park / Sandy Beach off-leash area and the nearby Elboya off-leash zone give dogs room to roam, while mature boulevards and quiet cul-de-sacs make the whole neighbourhood walkable.
