Currie sits south of Garrison Woods and is the newer master-planned community on what was the rest of the CFB Calgary lands. Phased development since 2015 has produced a community with denser townhouse and multi-family inventory plus a smaller single-family complement, all designed around walkable streets and shared green space.
The community is still partially under construction, with new releases of townhouse and condo product appearing roughly annually. Pricing reflects the new-build premium but is leveling as the community matures.
Internal park network connects to Glenmore Reservoir trails via the Lakeview Drive pathway.
Master's Academy is adjacent. Public catchment is Altadore and Western Canada.
Marda Loop is a 5-minute drive. The community's own commercial node is in early stages.
