Watermark at Bearspaw is a 287-acre master-planned estate community on Calgary's northwest edge, set in the Bearspaw area of Rocky View County. It sits along 12 Mile Coulee Road, immediately west of Tuscany and the Tuscany C-Train station, north of the Lynx Ridge Golf Course, and just south of Crowchild Trail NW. Highway 1A and Stoney Trail are minutes away, putting downtown Calgary and the Calgary International Airport each roughly 20 minutes out.
Developed by Macdonald Development Corporation, Watermark earned the Canadian Home Builders' Association title of Best Community in Canada in 2012 and 2013. Cochrane's shops and eateries lie a short drive west on Highway 1A, and downtown Calgary's dining is about 20 minutes in along Crowchild Trail.
